Mark Nestor - AAI, ARM, CWCP
President and founder of ICRMS
Mark has extensive experience with over 30 years in the development, daily management and operation of multi-lines property/casualty and workers' compensation programs. His experience is on both a regional and national basis. He has been responsible for the development and management of six public entity pools with annual premiums in excess of 100M. Mark has worked with over 30 property/casualty group programs on a detailed basis providing consulting services. These activities included management, operations reviews and strategic planning facilitative services for program based clients. He has also provided consulting services for “A” rated multi-lines carriers. Mark has a strong working knowledge of alternative risk, traditional carriers and agency activities with an emphasis on operations and delivery of client services. He has received the Accredited Advisor in Insurance, the Associate in Risk Management and the Certified Workers Compensation Professional designations. He also has a BA in Political Science.
Jill Lewis
Vice President and co-founder of ICRMS
Jill has substantial experience in the management and administrative operations of a major TPA and an "A" rated carrier with property/casualty and workers' compensation programs. She was responsible for the management of a large national affinity insurance program with policyholders in over 30 states. This annual gross written premium was in excess of 100M. Jill's background also includes marketing, underwriting, policyholder management and claims auditing as well as complete implementation and servicing of multi-lines alternative risk products. She is a team leader for program and claims auditing, process evaluations, enhancements and core management reviews. She has over 15 years in public sector experience along with 12 years commercial benefits experience. Jill has a BA in Sociology, a Certificate in Quality and Operations Management and is pursuing her Master's in Business Administration.
Alan Kindig ARM, BS

Al has over 35 years of experience in the property / casualty and workers compensation industry. He
has a strong knowledge of workers compensation, casualty and property claims adjusting and claims
management servicing activities.
Al has developed claims operating procedures and business protocols for multiple lines of insurance
coverages. He has held positions with his former companies as National Audit Director, National
Claims Coordinator, Assistant Vice President of Claims, Claims Manager, Field Claim Adjustor and
Claim/Reserve Analyst. Al has worked with national carriers, national TPA's, captives and group
association insurance programs.
Al has the ARM designation and a BS degree from Rider University. He participates in multi-line
claims audits, claims analysis, claims systems review and claims management reviews for both
property/casualty and workers’ compensation lines of business. He has audited a substantial
number of commercial insurers, captives, self insureds and public entity pools in 40 states.
Richard Wickert - CPCU

Dick has over 30 years of experience in the Benefits and Workers' Compensation industry. He founded a consulting organization that has worked with health care related entities and employer groups to prepare each for the advent of managed care, HIPPA Compliance, and to improve internal operational efficiencies. He specializes in the design, development and administration of managed care products and smart technology for healthcare. Dick has written a "How to" manual on the formation and operation of a TPA. The manual, The Business Guide for TPA Operations and its updated version, The Business Guide for TPA/Managed Care Operations is currently in use by TPAs around the country. He began his career in 1967 with a large national adjusting firm as a Workers' Compensation/General Liability claim specialist. He served as corporate risk manager for a large multinational corporation. In 1979, he began his own Third Party Administration firm and merged it with a major midwest TPA specializing in self-funded pooled workers' compensation programs. Dick holds a BS degree along with the Associate in Claims (AIC) and Charter Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designations.
Bob Sullivan - Claims Auditor
Senior Consultant - Claims Auditor
Bob has over 30 years of property/casualty and workers compensation experience as a claims adjuster, claims manager, reinsurance auditor and Vice President of Claims for an admitted carrier providing public entities insurance coverages in 42 states.
Prior to joining ICRMS, he held the position of Vice President of Claims for a national A-rated public entity insurance company writing General Liability, Auto Liability, Professional Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Environmental Liability, Workers Compensation and Commercial Property insurance. Bob was responsible for ensuring claims best practices and processes were adhered to and in line with the corporate goals and objectives of the company.
During his career, Bob has revised claims handling manuals and procedures and conducted annual training seminars. He has been a speaker at claims industry seminars and participated as a presenter in web based educational training seminars. He has extensive experience with claims audits, financial audits and actuarial reviews.
Bob attended Southern Connecticut State University and Middlesex Community College.
